Free shipping on every order. No minimum. No code. Every order ships free via USPS.

Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are packed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.

Delivery time: Typical delivery is 2-5 business days via USPS, depending on your location. Tracking is provided for every order.

Packaging: All orders ship in discreet, unbranded packaging. No product information is visible on the exterior.

Restricted States

We do not currently ship to the following states due to state-level restrictions on hemp-derived THCA products:

Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont.

This list is updated as regulations change. If your state recently changed its laws regarding hemp-derived THCA, contact us and we will review your request.

Returns

If there is a quality issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@smokedrugs.net with your order number and a description of the issue. We handle every case personally.

Due to the nature of this product, we cannot accept returns on opened items unless there is a verified quality or fulfillment issue. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Include photos of the issue to speed up resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection for $5.00 per order at checkout. This covers loss, theft, or damage during transit. If your protected package is confirmed lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will reship the order at no additional cost. Claims must be filed within 7 days of the estimated delivery date by contacting us with your order number.
