General Policy

Due to the nature of our products (consumable hemp flower and limited edition merchandise), all sales are considered final. We do not offer free returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with effects. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Opened Products: No Returns

We do not accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, sampled, or had its seal broken. This applies to all flower products and all merch items. Once the product packaging has been opened, it is non returnable and non refundable, except in the case of a verified quality or fulfillment defect (see below).

Unopened Products

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date for a refund. To qualify:

  • The product must be completely unopened and in its original sealed condition
  • All original packaging, labels, and inserts must be intact
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours
  • The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization

Refunds for approved unopened returns will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during fulfillment (not during shipping; see Shipping Protection), or incorrect (wrong strain, wrong size, wrong item), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A description of the defect or error

We will review each claim individually. If the defect or error is verified, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to request the product be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged due to carrier handling, the resolution depends on whether you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout:

  • With Shipping Protection ($5.00): Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will reship the order one time at no cost
  • Without Shipping Protection: DRUGS is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. You may file a claim directly with USPS

Merch Returns

Merch items (hoodies, bundles containing merch) follow the same policy. Opened or worn merch is non returnable. Unopened merch in original packaging (including magnetic display box and tissue wrapping intact) may be returned within 14 days subject to the 15% restocking fee. Size exchanges are not available. Please refer to the size guide before ordering.

Bundle Returns

Bundles must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns of individual items from a bundle are not accepted. If any item in the bundle has been opened, the entire bundle is considered non returnable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide transaction and delivery evidence to the payment processor. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly before involving your bank. We handle every issue personally and promptly.

Exceptions

DRUGS reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or repeated return requests. We also reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or report an issue:

  1. Email us at orders@smokedrugs.net with your order number and reason
  2. Wait for return authorization before shipping anything back
  3. Do not send products back without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed
