Every order ships free via USPS. No minimum purchase. No promo code required. Shipping cost is included in the listed product price.

Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed and confirmed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are packed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the 3:00 PM EST cutoff, or on weekends and federal holidays, will ship the next business day.

DRUGS is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing. Your order ships when payment is fully confirmed, not when the order is placed.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery is 2 to 5 business days via USPS, depending on your location. DRUGS does not guarantee delivery dates. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not binding. Once the package is in the possession of USPS, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order via email once the shipment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking information. DRUGS is not responsible for packages that show as delivered by the carrier.

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. No product names, logos, or descriptions are visible on the exterior of the package.

Merch and Bundle Orders

Orders that include merch items (hoodies, bundles) may require additional processing and handling time beyond standard flower orders. Please allow extra time for these shipments.

Shipping Protection

Optional Shipping Protection is available for $5.00 per order at checkout. This covers verified loss, theft, or damage during transit only. If your protected package is confirmed lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will reship the order one time at no additional cost. Claims must be filed within 7 days of the estimated delivery date by contacting us with your order number and tracking information. Shipping Protection does not cover incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or unclaimed packages.

If you decline Shipping Protection at checkout, DRUGS is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once tracking shows the package has been handed off to USPS.

Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. DRUGS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Address changes after an order has shipped are not possible.

Restricted States

We do not ship to the following states due to state level restrictions on hemp derived THCA products:

Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont.

This list is subject to change as regulations evolve. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your state and local laws regarding hemp derived THCA products before placing an order. Orders placed from restricted states will be cancelled and refunded minus any processing fees.

Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from DRUGS. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Orders found to be placed by individuals under 21 will be cancelled immediately.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided the order has not already been packed or shipped. Once an order has been packed or handed off to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
